I'd want to pull at least 100k a year in this scenario, that's already a downgrade but a come up to get that in exchange for no work done, expecting to live at least 40 more years, I'd need $4m, which will end up being more as a good chunk will be invested before I'd need to withdraw it

This is the dopest idea I know of
For about 5 to 10k you can start your own drain cleaning business
Buy a decent astrovan
That might cost you 4k
But all the necessary tools
That might cost you another 4k
Purposely clog your toilet and sinks and main sewer
Watch youtube videos on how to unclog them
Advertise on Craigslist your unclogging services for $50 a drain
You can make posters and flyers and post them on your surrounding neighborhoods
Slowly start building your clientele
If anybody in NY is interested I got a van and tools for sale. 5k takes it all
