i've actually thought about this many, many, many times... 
based on my particular career/ceiling/trajectory... give me about ~$7.5 million or more and I am out of the game TODAY.
for even $5 million, i would just quit move abroad.
'til then, i'll continue to stack chips inna Babylon.

Yeah. These people nuts. Talking about they won't quit their current job unless they're offered millions
$5 million.
When you just "quit" a job, you need a reason. The next employer is going to ask, "So why did you quit?" If the reason is not legitimate, they aren't going to hire you. 5 mill is going to make it easy to live on until the next employer is good with my answer of quitting.
