Listening to rap is totally fine
Discipline early ( don't wait until he's 10 )
make him feel like he can talk to you about anything-remind him of it a lot.
Give him a skill while he's still young, for example I'm teaching my son how to program computers and I show him how important math is for video games ( gave a presentation at his school about it )
Don't listen to rap music around him.

Yeah, because your kid is going to hear rap and suddenly decide to disobey everything you requireNot for my boy..
This post is on point.
My 10 year old is learning Java by building custom mods for Minecraft![]()

It doesn't work like that
You can mold him to be a great person. That's your job.Give me some advice. Haha My little dude is on the way any day. I'm not totally lost but there's always little tactics and secrets to pick up from fellow dads.
you can have a range over and still be a shytty parent breh.having a baby is great..just make sure your life is together...I drive a range rover so having a kid is no sweat...
And I know greats kidd who have never disrespected a sole that listen to nothing but uncensored rap musicLol. I didn't say that, but there is no need for my son to hear "Nikka/bytch" 100 times in a song. While we are in the car, I don't play it around my parents so why would I do it around my son? I know little bad ass kids who can recite rap lyrics, but failing in school, which is the fault of the parents and those same parents play 3-6 in front of their kids.
Also he's my son, please don't tell me what works and what doesn't with him... Lol

Try to be happy around your kid. It'll be hard sometimes but kids are amazing mood rings, especially babies.
Contrary to popular belief, you can't spoil a baby. Picking him up when they cry is always a better alternative to letting them cry it out. They don't understand that you trying to teach them a lesson and can't comprehend more than base needs. Don't worry about spoiling kids until the 2s and 3s.
Try not to sleep with your newborn in the bed with you. Ask an EMT or a nurse about how common it is for parents to roll over on their newborns.
Have fun. Having a kid is awesome, breh. About 6-7 months in when personalities start to develop is an awesome time.
Anything you worried about in particularly?
