Who knows, really. It's possible they're very, very heavy on Broncos -2 or -2.5 and are trying to get Seattle money to even it out.
Most smart books aren't even moving past 2 or 2.5 because they can easily get middled at 2.5 and 3.

i always remember how i've been conned recently in superbowls when the patriots were perfect and the giants controlled them the whole game, same again a few years later. In the past 15 yeasr only one team has scored more than 34 points and that was tampa bay aganst oakland in warm weather seattle.
look at all the high powered offenses, the rams only mustered 23 and 17, patiorts 14 and 17
seattle has had 2 weeks to go over tape after tape probably every snap of peyton this whole year.
