depends on the site. usually pretty early. at least the morning of. sometimes (in nfl for instance) they'll have the lines up for the upcoming week but keep games off the board for the teams playing on the previous sunday and monday night until games are completed. most everything should be up for nba by now everywhere other than some props and i noticed the NO moneyline was off the board
