For the first time in NBA history, the top 3 players are arguably internationally born. How do you feel about this?

Gianni’s, Luka, Jokic

While there’s clearly an agenda being pushed(there’s no way Jokic should have won mvp over Joel) you cannot deny the changing of the guard.

If the NBA is defined by eras, then what do we name this one?

Unlike previous eras, which were defined by Michael Jordan and “who is the next Michael Jordan”, this might be the first time in a long time where the conversation will finally shift to something else.

Watching these dudes ball internationally this summer been fun.

Luka and Jokic are top 3 based on what impact?

I agree with your Luka take. However, Jokic is clearly a top 3 player. It's undeniable at this point. 2 straight MVPs. Breaking all-time records. Durant is not better than Jokic at the moment. KD was getting shut down in the playoffs while Jokic always goes off in the playoffs.

They were bound to birth a few great players eventually.

12/13 of the 15 All NBA slots are usually American.

Majority of them will be role players. Majority of Americans will be the all time greats.

Jokic goes off in the playoffs to where? Give me Giannis Steph and KD over him any day.
