Your take is spot on fam. HBO got the best content but their ui is trash, Amazon prime video gets by being basically a free add on bonus on top of prime, Apple got money to blow and easy to incorporate in Apple products and Disney has the most marquee classics and name brands. Netflix got too comfortable releasing mediocre content because of the monopoly they once had. They don’t have the funds to compete so they going to have to come up with some revolutionary tech or they going to be the new blockbuster. All major companies pulling their content and adding it to their services has been killing it them as well. Cracking down on password sharing is like putting a band aid on a gun shot wound .I think this Netflix dilemma will have the competition on the lookout as well that this streaming game isn't sweet which I'm sure they already know. Disney gets by from having Marvel and Star Wars content in their vault but its a family friendly service and their new Marvel and Star Wars shows that they've actually made themselves are mid and gets ripped to death. I have HBOMax as well but it takes their entire vault and the Warner Brothers vault to be hailed as a success over the competition even though the app is clunky and buggy as hell. Prime gets by since its an add on to its massive Prime Delivery service. Only a select few actually have Apple TV as most watch their shows on Kodi or other low key free sites. Netflix was the real one trying to build something from scratch but they f*cked up along the way with allowing shared passwords, dropping all episodes at once, and blowing huge amounts of money on subpar content. What's the point of making a Red Notice that cost nearly $300 million to make and its not going to be in theaters? The next few years will be interesting

shyt is crazy
. Oscar award winning movies, barely cancelled shows, and quality over quantity content
