There’s too many damn streaming services. Netflix ain’t the man no more. Tubi is killing a lot of these services and they’re free. A lot of us don’t need them Netflix exclusive shows, Give us some old sitcoms and good classic movies and you’ll be ok out here.

shyt tanking AH....down 25%

Password sharing being limited
Monthly plan costs going up constantly
Content stagnant

Time to scoop some up :lupe::patrice:

Nah,people are done with streaming like that. Its one of those "If i catch it I catch it:manny:" type of things now. Its all coming down to the cellphone/ipads. That is basically the new streaming. Too much content available there to even have time for movies and tv.

They need flagship shows, quality control and should stop cancelling shows after one or two seasons :yeshrug:
Constantly raising prices and trying to curb Account sharing isn't going to help them either :yeshrug:

Unnatural growth due to the pandemic was never sustainable. People are coming outside again :yeshrug:

also, Netflix can feel overwhelming. Their business model is focused around quantity rather than quality. They spray and pray they will hit something. I also don’t think they do a good job at cataloging new content

A lot of companies that experienced crazy growth during the beginning of the pandemic are suffering the same fate. That’s poor anticipation though. Thry should know that growth was temporary. Same shyt with my company. Retards wondering why we aren’t doing as well. Too many retards at the top.

Too much content. Canceling too many good shows. Too long of a break between seasons of good shows. Too much competition. And a lot of their content can be streamed for free if you know where to look. What they need to do is minimize the amount of shows they’re putting out, and release episodes weekly. They would have 3 months of content for just one show. The market is also flooded with competition now, and that competition is putting out quality stuff. On top of that, with so much competition, and price hikes, people are naturally going to drop something.

I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
I'm honestly considering canceling. The only reason that I've kept up with it is due to Cobra Kai and I like going back and revisiting The Last Dance documentary. Disney Plus, HBO Max, and I've got Peacock for free on my TV so :manny:. I hate to hear the Nickelodeon deal that they brokered in 2019 didn't work out with them as all of that seems to be on Paramount Plus now.

I haven't turned on Netflix since Ozarks :yeshrug:

They need to give me a reason to do so, they're the only service without an anchor. Amazon even with how crappy they are, got us hooked because of prime so it's a no brainer. HBO/Discovery is the new hotness, and if I catch my wife looking at yet another cooking show it's on site :birdman:. Disney got the Marvel hook. Hell even Apple+ managed to hook me with Apple One.

Why am I subscribed to Netflix again? :patrice::francis:

Lol suits blamed something completely irrelevant as the reason. How bout cancelling every damn show and having a library full of cliffhanger shows. That got anything to do with it?

This 100%.

Meanwhile Disney can just use the library of shyt they already own and make billions.

Every network has streaming damn near. If I want to watch The Wire or Sopranos, HBO Max. Power or Outlander, Starz app.

Actually liking Young Rock on NBC....watch it on Peacock. HULU and Amazon Prime got plenty of shyt too. Netflix's best show (IMO) was Marco Polo and they gave up on it after 2 years. Didn't even market it. Benedict Wong played the hell out of Kubilai Khan and should have won an Emmy.
