Stuff is going to happen both overtly and covertly. Again, no offense, but this sounds like a bunch of "i want nice racism" talk. I'd rather know who i'm dealing with. I don't want be in a position where i have all the qualifications for something and keep getting rejected for racist covert reasons (in whatever sense) and thinking it's me. That shyt is mental warfare.I would want to be in a place where I have all the degrees and certs and regardless of how racist the CEO at Wells Fargo is, he still has to employ black people.
He still has to pay for their healthcare
He still has to be responsible for them establishing generational wealth
He still has to shake their hand and smile at them regardless of how much it burns his soul
And if he stops hiring black people outright, an investigation might be launched against him.
(Btw my brother and his wife both used to work for Wells Fargo and both left due to racism, so its funny that you used that as example)
I have no doubt the CEO of my company is a racist, I have no evidence but I know because this is America.
I would rather him pay me our agreed upon wages me than call me a negro and refuse to pay me.
If he becomes openly racist, it will not be a shock to me. However I would hope it would be a shock to the company's stock social standing.
Its sounds alot like people know racism exists but they want to pretend it doesn't because the reality of seeing how massive white supremacy is can be crippling to some people.
