Something has definitely changed with dating.
Everyone is hella expendable now, due to apps. Easy to get rid of someone who you think is 8/10 in hopes that the next swipe is 10/10.
Illusion of choice. Paralysis analysis. We were probably better off as humans only being able to connect with people in our immediate vicinity.

Everyone can simply swipe left or ghost. Having access to so many people at your fingertips really has taken the genuine joy of getting to know somebody out. But you hit the nail on the head. Illusion of choice.
And it’s even worse because women have such inflated egos online by all the thirsty dudes that are hitting them up on all of these different social media platforms. You are fighting with dudes in her IG DM’s, dating app dms, work husband, and randoms…
