Bey dosent... list the songs BEyonce wrote.... if she might have written songs, I bet they weren't hits tho
What is songwriting though? Is it lyrics or structure or melodies or harmonies? Cause from what I know she does melodies and harmonies and just blaze did an interview where he said normally when an artist give them self producer credit its bs, but with beyonce she involved from start to finish.

Yet not to long ago someone said "Beyonce" was her magnum opus.....There is no definitive classic on her end
Regardless.....Bey dont do Rock N Roll.
And all her hits were either written or co written by Bey.

I never said BEy wasn't involved. Bey is very Meticulous as an artist, so of course, Like Mike Jackson she's very involved in the creative process. She gives input, , incline or decline. yet Like Mike Jackson, she's not the one on the drum machine, she's not the one on the keyyboard, guitar and most times she's not the one with the pen in hand. The same wwith Bey's dancing, she dosent choreograph all her dances, but i'm sure she's involved in the process in terms of what she likes or don't like.

Ok and? Why is this a negative? Every artist has their lane. Her lane is primarily as z performer and she is elite at it. And as a performer of songs she is dope as well.
Her voice is an instrument. You think anybody could've done a woman's worth better than maxwell? Strange fruit better than Billie? I'm black and proud better than James? Your voice is instrumental to a song doing well. Rihanna can't sing a jasmine Sullivan song and have the same effect. Aaliyah can't sing an Aretha song and have the same effect.
Exactly a voice is an instrument. and i'm not taking nothing away from Bey, BEy is a great Vocalist. if u read my other post, i already called Bey an outta this universe talent. the last of the Mahicans etc. She's a great singer dancer performer,
and yet, without the songs that others create . what would bey be singing?
