if you have debt thats under 25k, i say get another job and pay it off and never again in ur life allow anyone talk u into getting into debt again especially for educational reasons. i dont care what anyone says, u folks in debt for damn near $100,000 lost big fuccking time. no one's telling u this but i will. u lost big time. but i cant blame u. no one warned u. if a student is gonna get into debt over $100,000, the starting salary better be a million. but of course that aint the case for yall.

There is nothing theoretical about Statistics and Econometrics :merchant:

Most 4 year degrees in econ don't go into much depth in either one of those, which is why I said you are somewhat forced into grad school. And as far as job hunting goes, an undergrad econometrics class aint shyt. Econ has the most value in how it helps you approach problem solving and decision making, but its hard for employers to see definitive examples of how that can help you do a job from your classes alone.

DO OR DIE
$55K...
this is with the academic scholarship, grants, being listed as an independent student and only 1 semester of room/board.
To make matters worse one loan was private with myrichuncle, now bankrupt, and I can't find out who bought the loan so I could already be in default.

:ahh:only $6k. Loans paid for study abroad and misc expenses, had a full ride through college. I've been fortunate and managed to put myself in a good position as a youngin.

. U see they tell u that you need college to make a decent living, so u take out these student loans during your late teens, early-mid 20s. Then by the time u have that degree and decent paying job, they tell u that u need to buy a house and a luxury vehicle so u take out a mortgage that traps u even more :whoo: Soon u realize u don't own these material possessions, in actuality these possessions own you :ohhh: You also realize working for the man will never really amount in any real wealth but it is too late to quit your job with a family and debt to pay :yeshrug: You have been bamboozled like most and you will begin to lie to yourself about how it's okay cause everyone has debt and how that's the way life is and how blessed u are to even have the opportunity to live in the USA and have this lifestyle although u really don't have the time to actually enjoy the things u buy.:to:

IN the UK it works as a 5% tax on whatever you earn. Mine is down to 20k which is about 33k in dollars.
