For women 30+ women get rid of body fat quicker then young women cuz you're body wants to hold on to body fat when you're young.. That's why you see older women more in shape than girls .

Also for old people they can climb higher mountains than 20 year olds cuz they can deal better with the oxygen .. A 20 year old is not fukking with old people when it comes to mountain climbing

If you sitting around all day, no job, ain't working out, of course you'll be sitting around mad and Speaking personally I've prolly gotten more ass in my 30's than in my entire life.
