I just turned 30 and its been great. No kids either so I can still basically do whatever I want with no worries

I've got 32-35 year old coworkers with heads of grey hair, sporting the side cheek wrinkles and jowls. Their wives/husbands and kids have taken their souls.

I'm going to approach this from a different angle of the thread as it is mostly about appearance. I would say 28-40 is how you set the course of your life to be. I'm speaking careerwise because ain't nobody really trying to hire a 50 year old dude looking like :Larry Holmes in the interviewing process without any real accomplishments. I'm proof positive that you can turn it around in your 20s but you have to bust your ass to do it. I'm on my second job in my MBA field. I have a legit shot at CEO somewhere in my field one day with my eventual accured experience and education. I plead with people, make school about you. Find something, anything so that you can have something documented that says you know how to do something. Your body will give out long before your brain will. That said, I'm 30+ and life is great and my 40s will be even better as I'm able to afford more things and the experiences that I will have had. Then again, my life is my life and it doesn't work for everybody. However, in every success story, there is a similiar strain of can-do attitude, know-how, hard work invested and perseverance to prepare for your later years.
