Not at all. Harlem still has the most Black businesses (not per capita) and big enclaves of Dominicans and Africans.

Crown Heights is still very much Black and has high home ownership so I do not see that changing soon. Bed Stuy is going to fall soon, though.

i don't want to derail this thread but the outskirts of the city have much more successful/middle class blacks (North Bronx, Eastern Brooklyn, Eastern Queens)

I'm from NYC where cops can harass for no reason. I could be arrested for walking to the groceries. It's a city where you're ticketed to death if you have too much skin pigmentation.

I think PG county, Arlington VA if the black population continues to increase and maybe even Baltimore will catch Atlanta.

You must never been to Bmore or PG. I'm in Greenbelt Md as I type this. Blacks in this area don't network and work together nearly as much as they do down south.

Black Pop. in Arlington, I just moved from Arlington/Shirlington. What Black population? It's might be 10%. No way you live here. I've been here since 2004.
