Overall they are gravy but depends where you at in the metro. Cobb County is the only part of the A where you will get fukked with on some racist shyt and even then it's hella nikkas out there too now so they not anywhere near what you used to dealing with NYPD. APD don't give a fukk tho. I got pulled over as a young nikka with a car full of weed smoke and the cop didn't do shyt but roast me for smoking garbage weed. Dekalb is cool too but they do trip sometimes. Gwinnett and Clayton I'm not too familiar with tho.
As a 6 figure southern guys who has lived in DC since 2004. I must say DC excellence is a facade. A lot good looking, educated, Blacks with 100k a year salary, but there isn't much ownership and networking here. Only networking I see is amongst the poorer glass roots type of Blacks here. The wealthy here socialize with mostly CACs.

That shyt gets exposed tho. nikkas here know that folks move here selling wolf tickets. That game been played out. It's like when we meet a nikka from say NY and then we will ask him what part hes from. If a nikka say some shyt like Newburgh we off rip put him into the square box cuz he flexing. He not really from NYC and he trying to play like he is. We take nikkas on a case by case basis. But folks been moving here for so long that if you 100 in your city and about your business, then chances are you already know nikkas down here before you moved so it's not hard for someone to fact check on a nikka regardless of where he from.

I've lived in Cobb for years and have never gotten stopped or pulled over. Cobb has had a bad reputation for racial profiling in the 1980s and 1990s, but the county's population of color has exploded since then. But if you speed,
,The entire county is one giant speed trap. Cops are hiding in motorcycles behind bushes and shyt. 
If they did stop and frisk here, half the cpunty would be on probation.
I swear everyone in Conb under 35 is a massive stoner. 
Like I said Cobb has some parts where it's a lot of Black folks. So I'm sure you can blend in
