Yeah a lot of fast money done slowed up nikkas will go down south in a minute. That's one of the best things they have going for them is the housing prices. If they were the same prices nationwide I doubt as many cats would want to go down there. A few of my friends with families have done that and got some nice houses they wouldn't been close to affording up north.

The Stadium X Belt Line is going to force them to gentrify the whole city, and these hipsters have taken notice and flooding in. A few questions about Atlanta for those who live there;
1.) Is ATL a preferable place to raise a family given the amount of social decadence there? If not don't you think that the lack of strong families undermine any economic achievements made by blacks there?
2.) Also it was mentioned that outside of ATL, the rest of GA is filled with racist whites. Is there a push to move out unto the outskirts. If blacks started moving out into the outskirts it would leave the racist whites no choice but to pack up and leave. Is this a viable long term strategy?
3.) Are there a lot of conscious blacks in ATL? Is group economics pushed down there or is us supporting each other done out of necessity?

at Georgia outside of Atlanta. The north georgia mountains are literally nothing but old extreme right wing cacs and the only people who have money are retirees from Atlanta and Florida. Middle and south georgia are full of dusty towns full of cacs on that old school colonial style and are full of burnout hood boogers and submissive c00ns, despite the fact that most of these towns are MAJORITY black.
