You can ride past some parks nowadaysin the summer and it be 5 people out there hoopin. Used to be 30 niccas out there. They damn sure not shoveling snow to hoop no more.

Yea he was from Mt.Clemens my highschool coach had a nephew that played with him in Middleschool,said back then Ro wasn't gon make it because he was a head case,nikka hadn't even made it to Tennessee yet,crazy how nikkas can determine yo future just based off yo actions.

Cotton was cold,but everybody knew once he bounced from MSU it was a wrap.

Don't forget Dion Harris from Redford won Mr.Basketball over Cotton and was outcold as well,that nikka could score his ass off.

But I still stand by Ramar Smith being the coldest thing outta the city in a long time,he had the whole package.

I was at UDM during the years that he transferred. Saw every game at home and thought he'd be able to play after college SOMEWHERE. The way it ended probably soured people on him or was another sign that he didn't get along with superiors, but damn....never imagined how real it'd get.

Hell yea I ain't know who dude was until it started getting around that he was supposed to go to the NFL and he was big time recruit for UofM,nikka right in the yard with us,quiet cat tho. Ain't really speak much. And was a physical specimen fasho.

nikkas bring up Notre Dame, Bishop Gallagher/Trinity, (High Schools) DePorres used to be a Powerhouse too. St Benedictine and a few others



St Jude, Eastside Vicariate, St.Bartholomew , St Cecilla (Grade/Middle Schools) and a few more schools.

Yep, St. Clair, St. Matthews, quite a few cats from there end up migrating to Bishop Gallagher for highschool:wow:. I was cool with the Curry boys, they had quite a rep back then. :salute: to Anyone that was drifting around during that Era, I'm sure we crossed paths:obama:
