So gamespot gave this a 5 but pokemon scarlet a 8 a game with no story, glitches, bugs, rehashed gameplay and looks like a ps2 game. Still great though.

So this is basically the same trajectory of Sonic Frontiers, both released wack teaser trailers, got clowned, and had inconsistent marketing cycles with people being hot or cold on it, to launch as 7/10 games

Kind of the same criticisms also, minus dialogue cause sonic doesn’t talk in frontiers

Sonic fans are more loyal though so that’s considered like the best sonic game and this will be considered a huge bomb for SE

Demo was wack as hell imo and it wasn't because of no dialogue. I knew this shyt was gonna be mid. I rather Square just make a new FF game and have black characters play a main character role since those games are self contained and aren't based off of real locations.
