just spoke with a legal counselor for product liability...they said normally they wouldn't take on this case but the fact that the company wants the bottle back for "testing" leads them to believe it might be bigger than expected....told me to preserve the bottle and come in for a meeting ASAP....

If I noticed it before I opened it I would have just returned it and got my money back... They could say I tampered with it but I didn't and I'll leave that to the lawyer to work out... I'm sure when someone buys a product with a foreign object in it there is a way to prove they didn't put it there and get paid...

contacted the company and they said they'd send me some replacement coupons....but i'm wondering if i should lawyer up and sue these kats....God knows what this white shyt is....i'm fearing the worst...i drank some before i noticed it.
