• So the gallon jug was a mental mind-fukk so I copped a water filter pitcher and I fill up a 24oz cup and drink a minimum of 5.5 cups a day.

• I know the benefits of this so I literally drink the water as a transaction, no thought process just drink it throughout the day and keep it pushin

• Make sure the water flavoring is zero calories, sugar free

• its all mental, pee soon as u feel it, it’ll be hard the first few days but gets easier as you go

• Im also intermittent fasting only eating between a 6 hour window (6pm - Midnight) and I haven’t changed my diet and im down 12 pounds already. I dont eat like shyt but I’ll eat some cookies, a reeses cup, a scoop of ice cream sporadically. I dont overshoot it but i satisfy my sweet tooth

• Work through the bloating, it’ll get easier as you go. And dont try to drink a gallon hella fast. Spread throughout the day

I played with intermittent fasting, but on a 12pm-8pm window.

How do you deal with a window that starts so late in the day? Aren’t you really hungry all afternoon?

Or AM then PM (mid afternoon pick me up) and one at night before bed at a slower rate with controlled breath and only 7 reps to destress and unwind the days tension.

There is quite a lot to this that isn't covered in the vid in terms of form, structure and breathing to get all of the benefits but just the basic is better than nothing as you'll feel it quick and benefits are cumulative. Important thing is to be present and not just going through the motions.
