What’s your approach to drinking a lot of water in 1 day?
I struggle to drink water because a) it tastes like nothing so I get bored (but my girl got me some flavor to put in my water yesterday) b) I feel really bloated after drinking a decent amount of water.
Any tips?
And no sweet drinks, so also no or very little candy and snacks?
• So the gallon jug was a mental mind-fukk so I copped a water filter pitcher and I fill up a 24oz cup and drink a minimum of 5.5 cups a day.
• I know the benefits of this so I literally drink the water as a transaction, no thought process just drink it throughout the day and keep it pushin
• Make sure the water flavoring is zero calories, sugar free
• its all mental, pee soon as u feel it, it’ll be hard the first few days but gets easier as you go
• Im also intermittent fasting only eating between a 6 hour window (6pm - Midnight) and I haven’t changed my diet and im down 12 pounds already. I dont eat like shyt but I’ll eat some cookies, a reeses cup, a scoop of ice cream sporadically. I dont overshoot it but i satisfy my sweet tooth
• Work through the bloating, it’ll get easier as you go. And dont try to drink a gallon hella fast. Spread throughout the day
