I tapped out midway thru s1. I did not like the main chicks acting and some of the writing is terrible, which sucks because Lee Pace as brother day is fukking INCREDIBLE. I was thinking of trying to give it another go to see if the later seasons get better

Yeah Season 1 was weak. I almost gave up on the show. But the later seasons are much better. You got to force yourself through S1.
