Freddie is definitely more versatile, but DOOM is completely original in his style and wordplay
i wouldnt go that far. But that quote/bar is better than majority of Gibbs bars/lines. And Gibbs is prolly my fav rapper from his gen"Only in America could you find a way to earn a healthy buck

Gibbs is arguably my favorite rapper right now, but none of his work touches DOOM at his very best, i.g. Mm..Food, Madvillainy, or Operation DoomsDay. Love Gibbs but hell no.

I think it's laughable suggesting Gibbs is iller than DOOM, but this "out of his prime" argument is just flat out silly. I've heard people say that before about other rappers and it sounded just as silly then. The athlete comparison/rebuttal is spot on. Unless we talking stage shows or breath control, there is no "prime" of a rapper. If you nice with it, you should still be able to bring it

If a dope MC dropped a great project years ago and later puts out a garbage album, that's cuz he either lost his passion or mailed it in. Using "prime" to describe a rapper beyond anything other than their popularity status just doesn't fly.
And since Gibbs didn't clarify what he may have meant , we can only go by what he said , which was that he's better than DOOM. Which would mean he means DOOM'S entire body of work.
Which would mean this nikka belongs in a straight jacket in a padded room being force fed Thorazine tabs unless he was getting his troll on.
