I doubt game publishers will act that way given they're already lining up to give away Rainbow Six and Fallout games with the purchase of the new titles.
I would rather have BC on the PS4 but since the PS3 uses the Cell processor we all know that'll never happen.

Yeah, the PS3 BC is a pipe dream because of that. Still dont' see why they couldn't give you a free PS Now subscription to games you own if available though. That would be a nice consolation at least.

Its emulation why re you hating? Some games actually run better. All dlc works as well. Publishers with remasters probably, games like castle crashers is getting remastered so I doubt it appears

Not hating at all. I just know that once the initial wow wears off, how many older games do you truly play once you have the new systems.

And nowadays with the remaster wave, I'd personally rather wait than cop a PS3 version. Beyond 2 Souls is mine once its remaster drops.

What about saved games? Mass effect is the only one from that list I own and I doubt progress would be able to transfer over.
