no it doesnt work like that. most of the xbox 360 games didnt have digital. they will be updating games and when they ready u will be able to pop your disc in and play, the games u got digitally when ready will auto show in your library

i popped in fallout 3 today and it refered me to a list of games ready to be played, said its not updated yet

xbox live will be updating the games thats playable as fast the the devs approve them

yea but the developers have to approve it before microsoft can make it playable, and as soon as the devs approve it will auto show up in your games
