That thread was weird. I thought I was on LSA for a second because I can't see why black men would downplay the experiences of other black men and then get surprised when they act like the world is against them. This site has a ton of threads and twitter screencaps full of people going for male c00ns that bash black women all the time, but that energy isn't returned when the reverse happens.
This reminds me about this other thread I lurked, I think it must have been one of the hugest threads on this site, about that black guy breaking down in tears because he felt like he couldn’t connect with black women and everyone in the thread downplayed it like it didn’t happen even though the video was about a man in therapy

Always had drama. He was renting rooms in his house out to a friend, a stripper and her kid. The friend and the stripper hated each other and got into a knock down drag out fight over the dryer. They were going so strong they busted through dude's door so he beat both they asses.

I already know what you mean, there is research that if a women screams that in a mans brain it triggers a response like fight/flight, but if a man screams it doesnt trigger anything. So we know that deep down we basically have that protector gene in us and our actions show we wont support men issues even to the detriment of our own self interest. Then add the programming of self hate that a black man in america has where we just want to stunt on one another and dont see the humanity in the next black man..
