bro...that's a possibility....howeverthe main thing here is that any place where it's been decriminalized and taxed, the money is used for drug abuse intervention and overall it's a positive to society.
The assumption is that America and Canada would do it the same way the Portuguese have done or maybe even learn and improve on the roll-out and implementation of the policy.
