Very few females want a guy that is going to be their bytch. I think that situation actually happens more often when it's the GUY that has all the money and he is a simp for a girl that he thinks is too hot for him. In that scenario, the lack of respect doesn't really matter because both sides are ultimately getting what they need.
Even if a rich girl is with a dude with a bus pass, she is going to want him to have a backbone. Since she already has all of the money she needs, she is not going to have a problem dating a decent looking broke guy that would have otherwise been out of her league physically.
