So who we drafting brehs? ...![]()
Id rather trade the pick. got enough young guys. But if i had to pick, it would be a wing player. Zach needs to come off the bench. Ill go with Jamal Murray.

I'd love Noah as a third big off the bench bring him in with murray and we're goodI don't think Noah will work.
That would, literally be 2 players you don't have to guard on the perimeter...and I'm not sure if it's over blown, but him and KG have a rocky history.
I agree with jamal Murray, although I also have an affinity for Buddy Hield
Sabonis would actually be awesome the more I think about it...
Vet pieces are sorely needed, Thibs wants people that no how to play defense, that typically isn't a rookie or young players.

Wouldn't be opposed to moving the pick honestly. Not really crazy over any of the options that will be there at 5.
I kinda feel the same way unless bender dropped there. I like buddy too because he provides much needed shooting.Wouldn't be opposed to moving the pick honestly. Not really crazy over any of the options that will be there at 5.
I'd be down with Noah as a backup big, essentially playing the role KG should've played as a defensive anchor for 18-22 mns a game.I'd love Noah as a third big off the bench bring him in with murray and we're good![]()

I like Hield now but Murray has more talent. Hield as a freshman was nowhere near Murray as a freshman. You pick the right guy and in 3 years you've got another legit NBA wing instead of just another guyI'm not sold on Murray or Hield for the wolves. I think I prefer Hield between the two but they should go after Bender![]()
Never have enough young players. Young guys that contribute bring energy and are also affordable. Plus it ain't like the core is ready to win ships right now. In 3 years when These guys are ready to win big whoever they draft will be a 22-24 year old young vet on a nice contract even if he's the 7th or 8th man. If the NBA has proven anything its that you need talent. Can never have too many wing defenders or guys that can score and if a guy like that is around at 5 you take him and worry about fit later.
Not about kicking the can. Its rare to be able to count on a young guy before his 3rd year. And by count on I mean a guy playing real minutes on a real, playoff caliber team. Our core guys are young and its beneficial to have other players that will be able to contribute in a few years as well instead of surrounding them with older guys and going through the cycle of vets like Cleveland and OKC have had to do. Remember this is probably their last opportunity to get a potential high level talent through the draft so you aim for talent. This 5th pick could POTENTIALLY be the 3rd, 4th or 5th guy for this team. The Ibaka/Adams guy. You need 3-6 guys with real talent to win at the highest levels and if the Wolves make the playoffs they won't have anymore lottery picks. GSW has an 11 (Klay) 2 7s (Barnes, Curry,) a 1 (bogut) and a 9 (iggy). OKC has a 2, a 4, a 24 (Ibaka which is rare) and a 12 (Adams) and also leveraged the 3 pick (Harden) into assets. Point is you have 1 more chance to add a player who could potentially be a high level player so unless you get a great offer I think you have to do it.Notice how you're kicking the can down the road another 3 years. That's what this team must destroy in their minds. Otherwise there's no point in Thibs being here.
Dunn was also working out today with Towns and Poeltl
