Same here, I like the presentation of them as well. I preordered the limited edition with the season pass for DLC, April 14th can't come any sooner.

Gonna be interesting to see who the main antagonist of this game is gonna be too, Boon keeps hinting it's gonna be a recurring but unexpected character.

And I just hope they don't nerf Kung Lao either like they did in MK9, he really didn't deserve it and it was just cause nobody knew how to defend him in that game.

Yeah, it still doesn't matter. But i remember when MK9 first dropped A LOT of "experienced" players bytched and moaned about Kung Lao being on the lines of broken, yet these are the same dudes who will spam the shyt out of Ermac's moves. But Kung Lao looks fukking unfair in this game, and he was a very nice alternative to a person like myself who likes using Liu Kang.

On MKX's potential guest characters...

I got the feeling that the guest characters will be unique to each console. For the Xbox One, it'll be a Killer Instinct character and I'm basing this on a few things I know on how Boon operates.
-Iron Galaxy is in Chicago with NetherRealm and the head guys (Dave Lang and Boon) are Ex-Midway guys. They tight.
-Brutalities returned to MK, and iirc from MKTrilogy they're identical to Ultra Combos in KI. Add a KI character and they'll be an easy fit.
-Boons favorite KI character is Fulgore. Why is this important? Boon's known for favoritism in his fighting games with Injustice and MK. (fukking Scorpion was in Injustice.)
-Boon RTs a lot of guest character requests that involve either Fulgore or Sweet Tooth.

So...Fulgore might make it y'all.

On the fence w/ new characters, they're nice to have but part of what's made MK so popular is the originals, their stories, etc.

I don't understand being against new characters if you have a fondness to their stories. Games like Garou and Street Fighter 3 suffered because people were so abrasive against the idea of a completely new cast of characters.

They're good for the story and world progression. And it gives Devs to work with a new and unique playstyle instead of reinventing the wheel of an old character that could possibly piss someone off.

I doubt its Fujin but it does ask the question will he be in the game? At some point they gonna have to announce Shinnok as a playable character and it would be cool to have another elder god to mix it up with besides Raiden and Shinnok
