yes, glad developers are starting to add it into games now. for beginners, make note of the start up frames - the lower the better in most cases (deceptively slow moves are sometimes good too), its basically the speed of the attack - and block advantage - the higher the better, in all cases, which can give you a chance to attack again first if its a positive number (safe), block if 0 or at around -7 for example (pretty safe since not all characters have a move faster than 7 frames, especially if the move they blocked pushed them back a bit), or if its negative by a lot just get ready to eat somethin in return.

meter burned throws put you and your opponent at neutral frames based on the move list info, with the intention of making your opponent guess what you're gonna do next. probably more useful if you have meter and your opponent doesn't, that way they can't use a move with armor to get out of the mixup

Went thru it no problem on my X1 controller. Switched to my 360 pad and put turbo on two buttons for the last one. Still barely got it. That shyt ain't meant to be done legit

Specifically?

I did forget to mention that this and most fighting games are animated at 60 frames per second, so if a move is 60 frames then naturally it takes a full second in real time to come out. That would be a pretty slow move btw

shyt ain't that easy to grasp and I'm sure there's some fighting game heads in here that don't even bother with frame data. You can just tell by looking at the animations that this move is quicker than that, or this move when the opponent blocks it or if it misses them leaves me posing for a little too long
