there arent too many fighting games on consoles nowadays....

and you know why? cause technology has gotten much better. we can now have large open world games with tons of characters and cool shyt happenin everywhere rather than mashing buttons and hitting another character in a 2D space.

You could say the same thing when a new COD or Battlefield or when a new sports game comes out, they just FPS and sports and we 5 of them bytches every year and a new installment of a sports game every year. We get a fighting game what every couple of years.
