when I worked at a special needs prison I got pee thrown at me a few times
I had an inmate try suicide ripped his colostomy bag off and throw it
the pay is worth it depending where you work
its kinda both,because in the end some people honestly just either belong in prison or want to stay in. I've met inmates that said they'd be cool with me on the outside
