Fruit is so slept on, friends. So many perks. Especially bananas (no homo). They have L-tryptophan in them which promotes sleep AND converts to serotonin which is an antidepressant. Strawberries are just straight status idk what their benefits are but I'm sure there are many. Blueberries are like a natural viagra. My dikk gets hard as a crowbar after eatin some blueberries
