lol like yo arteries like that beef fat. The butter just replaces the beef fat that’s lost in cooking and helps it stay juicy. If you like well done then you probably better baste the burger in something if you don’t want nobody talking about your dry ass burgers.

I actually do cook it in olive oil since it is healthier than actual butter, i add stuff like garlic, ginger, soy sauce or teriyaki since i hate plain foods.

You don’t need a lot to season it. I use low sodium soy sauce and make my own teriyaki with honey ginger and garlic and red pepper flakes.

You should swap to vegan burgers and bake them.
Nothing good in meat for humans in 2022.
And you don't need much butter to fry up them burgers.![]()
