Only use those herbs on savory dishes. No lard needed. Compound butter is the current heat in the meat space
It depends on what flavor you’re going for but I generally don’t like herbs on a sandwich meat. Salt pepper butter garlic at the most. For oils you can fry that olive oil with some garlic or peppers to give it good flavor.
That shyt some fat shyt.
I do not need no fruit or pulp in my shyt.

I do not find pleasure in eating steak and tasting pulpy fruit or veggies.
If i want a veggie i will eat some spinach.
If i make beef of any kind.
i start off hitting it with rosemary infused olive oil.
With that thyme and celery salt.
Second I use powdered garlic.
Along with garlic infused vinegar.
not that foo foo pulp garlic and i definitely not using no fresh cut pepper on no beef.
All that vegetation cooking is for a taco.

Plus like ti be fat eating toppings. I do not need nuffin on a taco but lettuce a heap of steak chicken or shrimp andncilantro no onion.
If i wanna make a taco.
I can get my sriracha infused olive oil and siracha infused salt. To provide kick for tacos.
I do not need fruit, peppers and pulp on my burger or steak.
Nor do i need to do all that dicey food prep either.
I find all that extra shyt to feminine and far from what a practical bachelor is on. A bachelor ain't got time to be prep'n and dice'n and buying no exotic ass fat butter.
I will go to the dollar store and aldi's and get dollar spices and cook.
All that other shyt some time wasting bullshyt.
