I did physical competitive sports and workout regularly but that never really helped my confidence. I’ve been training boxing alone these past few weeks rn but I’m not really seeing anything from that either.

The answer is validation,you need to figure out the answer to this question. "How can i recieve validation from others,for what i want to recieve validation for?". Validation is the key if you lack confidence naturally. People who think they naturally have it,may or may not in reality. All it takes is recieving validation as a funny person as a kid. You naturally begin to see yourself as you think others see you. Getting validation for being attractive has the same effect. Not recieving validation can be just as bad as recieving criticism. As now your mind is left to wander and likely will assume the worst. Being unsure can bring insecurity.

So figure out what you would like to recieve validation from others for. Then figure out a plan for what you will do to recieve that validatuon.
