The crime bill in 1994 is not even the worst thing that Joe Biden did. Even though that bill increased prisons and ushered in draconian sentencing laws.

IMO the worst thing that Biden did was in 1986 when he sponsored the Anti-Drug Abuse Act. That bill is was so blatantly racist in pushing the sentencing disparity between crack and powder cocaine, that it is widely panned by most legal authorities.
