dawg, I haven't listened to terrestrial music radio in years. I have NO IDEA what they are even playing on the regular.
I was lurking in the thread last night, didn't listen to the stream. I hate to say it, but I felt a sense of accomplishment that I had no idea who 95% of the artists and/or songs were, that people were mentioning.

He's actually taking calls and taking the heat. The caller said he stopped listening to Drake after he heard the Reference tape and Flex told him that he shouldn't do that. But he said he has to write his rhymes to be on the Sprite Ad. The caller agreed. It was clearly a propaganda media push with the Sprite Ad. You guys have to understand that Sprite Ad is all over New York. Someone from Flex's era I'm sure he was like "WTF" when he saw it cause that's how I was when I saw it in the Subway for the first time. Biggie shouted Flex out on "Juicy" so I can tell he felt he had to address this.
