sale guys are very very close to scammers, depending on the product, but the way he explained this isn't right, I'm no real estate expert, but my boys did it, I move in those kinds of circles, I know sales, he's making it sound super easy and not realistic.

There used to be a clear line between likeability and legality. That line is now blurred. If the masses decide you’ve done some scumbag shyt—-being a scumbag typically isn’t illegal—- public outcry can lead to actual charges.
