Dre gets (or got) a major pass because he's a producer. Whether or not he can rap is a distant second. He's made some great songs but I've never seen anyone claim he's nice on the mic.

Drake's fans been nonstop talking about he should be taken seriously as an MC...."never the flow"....well if he didn't come up with the flow that's a big ass problem.
