Are you serious? Or are you just being selective with your criticism? The entire first verse, idea and sample came from Rhymefest. He changed Rhymefest to Kanye west. Good thing it rhymed or Kanye may have been SOL.

There was no beat to be made. The original song is basically unchanged from the sample, the same with most Kanye samples.

Kanye added the military percussion and drums and what sounds like another sample in the beginning. He adds the small synth during the hook/last verse and the strings.

Rhymefest himself said he wrote the first verse w/Ye. And the second verse is all Ye.

I can tell you a hater because you won't give credit for hooking up the beat.
