especially if we get an UNBIASED documentary on the Monday night wars.
I don't see the story behind these. the magic had an episode and that laker team will get one. after that, kobe & shaq have no story. neither does dirk.
but nba-tv needs to start doing shows like "a football life". those would be dope episodes.

Idk why everyone is so anxious to see a 30 for 30 about the Thunder. We've pretty much seen one on a team who had plenty similarities to them with "This Magic Moment."

They should do a 30 for 30 spinoff that's like a sports version of Unsung, for all the memorable teams w/big personalities that just weren't quite good enough not to get ethered by the Jordans/Kobes/Belicheats of the world

I mean in my mind they would all be like the Bo Jackson 30 for 30 which would be more a biography Documentary. Then add in all the large personalities around them when they won championships (Jackson, Cuban, Riley) it could be good to watch.
With that said I think a Jim Brown Documentary would be fukking amazing

but theres over-lapping stories for guys like bo Jackson & jim brown that were bigger than just their in-game accomplishments.
if you just want to do a show about careers, that's not what 30 for 30 does. they do hot-topics.
theres nothing 30 for 30 about dirk nowitzki as far as i know.
with shaq, they already did one on the Orlando magic.
with kobe, they can do a big show about his rape trial. but kobe is the type to not authorize it. and hes such a media darling, that espn would grant his wishes or make a fluff-piece. so i wouldn't bank on that any time soon.
that leaves us with an episode on the 3-peat lakers/shaq & kobe beef. but i dont see that happening anytime soon.

I think one on the "Next Larry Bird" phenomenon that America has been thirsty for the last 30years would be dope. Chronicle why the media feel the need to continually put that pressure on white ball players and how it affects them.
