Conflicted about it tbh. Clearly he felt some remorse turning himself in all these years. But at the same time, it's been way too much repeat offenders doing the same shyt they went to jail for originally lately which makes you wonder about the validity of the whole rehabilitation concept.
The whole concept of rehabilitation has always been bullshyt. Prison is a business. You have a ton of people who invest big money in prisons, where prisoners are there exploited for cheap labor. Therefore it's more profitable to have as many people locked up as possible

The nikka was literally a teenager. Clearly felt bad to the point he turned himself in 17 years later. On top of that. The family of the person who died said that he shouldn’t have turned himself in.

COME ON FAM.

IF SOME 17 YR OLD KILLED YOUR FATHER AND TURNED HIM SELF IN
17 YRS LATER ON A DRUG BINGE
YOU WOULDNT
HAVE THIS SAME VIEWPOINT.

nikkaS ARE SIMPILY SHOWING
HIM LENIENCY BECAUSE HE MADE
SOME DOPE TRACKS AND THEY
HAVE NO CONNECTION TO THE DECEASED.

AINT NO COMING BACK FROM MURDER.
THIS ISNT STEALING A CANDYBAR.
