First off the city i come form doesn't have any LA influence.
Secondly places like Atlanta and New Jersey aren't cases of dudes watching Boyz in The Hood and Colors one too many times and saying "That's What We're Going To Be On" LA nikkas wanted in on the drug trade in those cities so they formed aliances with the locals there using gangs. Cali nikkas constantly go out of their way to export those gangs into other cities and then complain when the OT Bloods and Crips become more popular (And more thoro) than the ones in the Hub.
Third these other cities already had internal conflict (Alot more than LA does honestly) they didn't just start killing each because of LA gangs lol. All y'all did was color code battalions that were already at odds with each other anyway. Also down south has alot of Chicago influence so the biggest gang down there are not Bloods or Crips, they're Gangster Disciples. Also you can find BDs (I came across some in Memphis in like '07), Mickey Cobras, Black P Stones and everything else the Mid has down there.
