You have to give it time to open up.
I almost gave up on the shyt too.
When I first copped it I went through the whole town killing shyt not realizing I had to die to get my weapons.
I was slap boxing shyt until I reached the two wolves on the bridge....
That's when I finally realized my weapons were waiting for me on the other side.
