I thought they said that was ashes not snow in her vision of the throne room.

Lol, no I don't, but if the wight is being kept "alive" by the White Walker that raised it and it has crossed the magic of the Wall, I wonder if that allows the Walker to cross as well?

If you take the vision in the house of the undying as snow, yes, they make it there. If you take it as ashes, I'm guessing Dany has to take down the red keep to kill cersei in order to get the people and rest of cersei's army on board to fight the white walkers, thus it's ash from being burnt down.

They are all connected to the one who turned them, thats why everyone but one dropped when Jon killed that one white walker.

Maybe they always send one from a different white walker on scouting parties for this exact reason, so he can let out an oh shyt call if the white walker gets dropped.

I think they just heard his call cause they were close enough.

I also wonder were the other white walkers made by the night king? or also by the children of the forest?
