that's an interesting theory. that seemed to be an important piece of info that came out of it. that and him saying his 'true father' lost his head at King's LandingI'm trying to think about the order of events:
- he told Theon to ride east to meet his sister (I assume people back then would be pretty keen to direction to not get lost all the time)
- the other dudes caught up with him
- robin hood pops up again and saves the day
- they ride a little more, creep around a building, take an extra long time getting a lock open
and then they're where? back where they started? that would be quite an okie-doke...
