yea i HATED quentyn chapters...i read ADWD 3 times and every single time it was a struggle to read thru his chapters

but as far as ADWD goes...im probably one of the only people that actually loved daenary storylines, its liek she dealing with all the political bullshyt and drama over there before she even gets to kings landing..so when she does to get to kings landing, no game is going to be played..shes just going to take over and run shyt with a iron fist and dragons

Dany's chapters so far have been awesome. I read through the first 17 chapters of A Dance With Dragons in like 4 days. It took me like two weeks to get that far in A Feast For Crows. Now I'm about dead even in both books.

I'm actually highly entertained by Dany's thirst for Daario. When Jorah was simping she was like but she wants Daario to give her the D.

ADWD is great imo, good to see it getting love. I think some wasn't feeling it because they waited years for it. Yea I waited like 5 years for the book to come out and it didn't have everything I wanted, but it has some PIFF shyt. "The North Remembers"

seems like people who picked up the books recently and didn't have to wait for ADWD really liked it.

I see a lot of people that lose sight of the fact that despite how strong she comes off numerous times in the series, she's still a naive teenage girl. Playing Moses on the other side of the world isn't the smartest thing to do if you're trying to claim a throne, but it's what she feels is right. The fact that she takes some Ls in Mereen is a good thing as far as her character development and balance goes.

Quentyn was a lame ass dude. If his death fukks up a potential Targaryen/Martell alliance I'm gonna be heated.

In reality I'm down with most of the squads but it's funny seeing people claiming sides and we already know the outcome.

c/s. I shyt on the Greyjoy's every episode, but the work they're about to deliver I slander Jaime but he's a top 5 character. shyt, I even started to feel a little bit of sympathy for Cersei. The Bolton's and Frey's are the only squads with no redeeming qualities to me. Well, Roose is that dude, but fukk him.

Yeah The Bolton's and Frey's will never get my respect for what they did other than that I fux with all the families (at least individuals in the family) I will always ride for Stannis, Arya, Bran, Jon, Jaime, Tyrion and Dany.

I agree dance with dragons was a good book. All the chapters about the north are damn good...Reek and Ramsay killed that shyt. I actually thought the weak spot in that book was Tyrion's chapters. The whole storyline with his midget gf and her pig was . U go from the quality of Tyrion chapters in the first 3 books to that? Honestly Storm of Swords is the GOAT fantasy novel tho so theres only one way to go from there. Its understandable the last 2 got mixed reviews

I loved Tyrion's chapters. Dude was fukked up and imo that book is like him reaching the bottom; the god basically had a nervous breakdown.

That dwarf chick built him back up tho. She was annoying but taught him what's worth living and fighting for again, now he's back to being Tyrion Tha God. I liked her simply because she helped him get back on his feet.

Reek tho...damn my nikka. I wanted him to pay for what he did to the North but I didn't want to see all that

I think, and somebody else said it earlier, he and Strong Belwas were both removed because they felt they were a little too cartoony for the series. I can't really say I disagree, as a nikka drooling and lisping all over the place would have come off kinda weird, and Belwas probably would have come off like like the stereotypical big, strong dumb brute, like a medieval Grimlocke. I will say though, I was looking forward to the scene with Belwas pissing and shytting on the Mereneese then proceeding to son the fukk out of their hero. Trolled the fukk out of that nikka too.
